Building A Bonfire

  • December 2015

The bonfire, when discovered, always gets the most comment, yet the easiest part of the scenery to create. It is simply a battery operated votive-looking flickering candle (purchased at Dollar Tree) with the flame painted in shades of reds and oranges with colored pens. The wood is a combination of lightly burnt branches and branches painted black. The base of the candle is painted black and hidden with cotton and stones.
